COVID-19 Update with Mayor Anne McEnerny-Ogle: May 13, 2021
An update from Vancouver Mayor Anne McEnerny-Ogle on state and local response to COVID-19, including:
- State approves Pfizer vaccine for youth ages 12-15 (see note below)
- Clark County’s case numbers and hospitalizations continue to increase, putting our Phase 3 reopening status at risk
- Extended hours and drop-in access available at the Tower Mall vaccination site
- Additional financial support for local businesses available
- Information on local graduation ceremonies
Starting Friday, May 14, youth ages 12-15 can get vaccinated at the Tower Mall site in Vancouver. Participants must bring a completed consent form and a parent or legal guardian must be present. Schedule an appointment (not required) and/or download the consent form online at https://clark.wa.gov/public-health/covid-19-vaccine.
